Frost, on a Zildjian cymbal is a beautiful sight, as is ice forming around the dials of the classic Marshall Amp. So, yes, it was another 80:8 video shoot tonight, featuring those mild mannered, pillars of the community, Easter Street. Cold air, such as we had this evening has several properties – one of which is to enable the carrying of sound waves, crisply, cleanly and for much longer distances than usual. It’s just a shame that ‘Copacabana’ by The Manilow came on during an embarrassing iPod shuffle moment.
