Peyton Place
It was great to see Peyton Place at last nights Liquid Room gig. A five piece from Montrose they simply exude pure pop and harmony from every pore. Things have been a little quiet for the band recently, but the signs are that they are now shifting up a gear or two, so with luck, we’ll be hearing much more of them in the near future. Have a listen to ‘Falling Down Hard’ on the bands Reverbnation Site and listen yourself to a gentle and beautiful new space – then give Anthem for August a spin – hit 11 on your amp for a bit of joyous, feel good pop rock. There’s a lot going on here. This could lead to something more? I reckon so. Oh, and they rap.
