Our little Moo MiniCards have just arrived and they are just luvvvvvveeerrrrrrllly….Featuring 50 different images they are tiny but perfect in every way. And being a bit obsessive about these things…What great packaging and service that just kinda makes you feel loved, wanted and special. Yeah, I know. But when you get an email from ‘Little Moo’ that says :
I’m Little MOO – the bit of software that will be managing your order
with moo.com. It will shortly be sent to Big MOO, our print machine who
will print it for you in the next few days. I’ll let you know when it’s
done and on its way to you.
…My heart melts. Swoon….I hope little Moo likes me (blush)…Yes I know it’s machine generated, yes I know it’s marketing, yes I know little Moo speaks like this to all the guys (sob)…But it makes me feel that the Moo collective themselves know all about service, quality and that vaguely forgotten notion that customers should be cherished. Anyway, here’s a few of them. My problem is I don’t want to give them away. I just want to count them and collect them. As I said…yeah, I know… I’ll keep on taking the tablets.
